Provision of a digital menu platform for hospitality businesses, including individual design services and ongoing technical operation.

Business Structure

Sole proprietorship, not registered in the commercial register.

Small business under § 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz). Invoices issued by Lisa Dietrich Design directly are exempt from VAT. Invoices issued through Paddle Payments Limited (see Privacy Policy) follow the respective VAT rules of the customer's country.

Advertising agency (free trade according to § 5(2) of the Austrian Trade Code, Gewerbeordnung 1994). Applicable regulations: Austrian Trade Code 1994 (GewO), available at ris.bka.gv.at.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Lisa Dietrich Design is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The menus published on Schmeckt. are maintained by the respective restaurant operators. The respective brand operator is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided there (prices, allergens, descriptions). Lisa Dietrich Design provides only the technical infrastructure and the design.

Liability for Links

Schmeckt. contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is responsible for the content of the linked pages.

Copyright

The design of the platform and all individually designed menus for customers are subject to copyright. Usage rights are granted in the respective contract between Lisa Dietrich Design and the brand customer. The content uploaded by customers (dish names, descriptions, uploaded images) remains the property of the respective brand operator.
